Please take a look at our Metadata Guide.
https://www.componentspace.com/Forums/9354/SAML-Metadata-Guide
This describes using the Examples\Metadata\CreateMetadata console app to create your SAML metadata.
If you're using an older version of the product, this project isn't included but you can download the evaluation version to grab the example project.

Thank you for the reply. Yes, I see the sample to create SAML metadata and was able to create one, but I am looking a way to publish it? Please do let me know.
Thank you in advance.

The most common way to publish your SAML metadata is to make it available for download.
You then tell partner providers the URL they should use to download your metadata.

Just include the metadata XML file with your web application when you publish it to your server.
It's no different from any other file that a user can download from a web site.
