Users evaluating our products are entitled to trial support which includes:

Standard Support

Users who purchase our products are entitled to free standard support for one year which includes:

  • One year's standard support from the date of purchase
  • Access to our support engineers at support@componentspace.com
  • Upgrades to all minor releases of the product for one year at no extra charge

Subscription License with Priority Support

Users may choose to purchase a subscription license with priority support.

Users who purchase this license are entitled to:

  • One year's priority support from the date of purchase
  • Priority access to our support engineers at support@componentspace.com
  • Upgrades to all major and minor releases of the product for one year at no extra charge
  • The option to renew the subscription license

If purchasing a subscription license with priority support, please note that it must be purchased at the same time as the product and that the support license type must match that of the product.
