I have hosted my application in IIS with https and with particular port number, Iam unable to connect to IDP.

I tried in my local machine with the different project same  https and port number, it is working fine(I can able to connect to ADFS and retreive the data)

When I hosted it in IIS, unable to connect to  ADFS.

Please Help.

Please provide more details.
What sort of error are you seeing in the browser?
Are you prompted to log into ADFS?
Please enable SAML trace and send the generated log file as an email attachment to [email protected] mentioning your forum post.

If ADFS is displaying an error in the browser, there will be one or more associated error events in the Windows event log on the ADFS server.
Please include these in the email.
Also, please include a screenshot of the browser.

Error isnot displaying on the browser, ADFS site is not prompting for login. I have sent an email with the log file.

Thank you for the log file.
The log shows a redirect to ADFS with the SAML authn request.
If you're not seeing the ADFS login page or an ADFS error in the browser, please ensure your application code is not overriding the 302 redirect being returned in the HTTP response.
For example, if after the call to SAMLServiceProvider.InitiateSSO you write to the HTTP response (eg return a 200 status) this will replace the 302.
If your application's page is still being displayed, this is the most likely cause.
Your can confirm this by looking at the HTTP response using the browser dev tools.

Is the style.css that's getting a 404 error part of your SP application?
I don't see anything in the network traffic that looks like a SAML request being sent to the ADFS server.
